Milov is Love Match Game App integrated with worldwide users. You can Scan yoru match and invite them to be your friend! This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Milov Application and its respective subsidiaries, associate companies and jointly controlled entities (“Milov”) use your Personal Data as Milov ID.
“Personal Data” means information about you, from which you are identifiable, including but not limited to your name, telephone number, address, credits balance, bank details, credit card details, gender, personal interests, email address, your occupation, your photo or video, any information about you which you have provided to Milov ID in registration forms, application forms or any other similar forms and/or any information about you that has been or may be collected, stored, used and/or processed by Milov from time to time and includes sensitive personal data such as your identification card number, driving licence number, birth certificate number or passport number, date of birth. The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your Personal Data, Milov will not be able to process your Personal Data for the Purposes and Additional Purposes outlined below and may cause Milov to be unable to provide services or products to or accept payments from you. In addition to the Personal Data you provide to Milov directly, Milov may collect your Personal Data from publicly available sources or from third parties, for example:

• From filled up application or registration forms, surveys or training tools or other similar forms.

• To have paid video clip and/or unpaid video clip by your favorite artist or by yourself into your Milov ID.

• From publicly available sources such as directories.

• From Milov’s official social media pages, if you follow, like or are a fan of such pages.

• When you interact and communicate with Milov at any events or activities.

• When you enter contests organized by Milov.

• From various entities or divisions under Milov.

• From other entities who provide you with services or with whom you have a contractual relationship.

• From marketing service providers or its partners, or

• By using Milov application, which includes all apps and websites operated by Milov and under the names of its respective brands (respectively “Apps”).

Your personal data may also be collected from cookies used on the Websites, and if you are a service provider, from your accelerometer data, GPS data, device data and data collected when your Milov application is on Further, certain service providers of Milov may utilise personal Milov ID.

• To use Cookies to enhance our processes, advertising, notifications, authentication, security and compliance, analytics and preference management.

• To communicate with you for any of the purposes listed in this Policy.

• For purposes of detection, prevention and prosecution of crime.

If you wish to unsubscribe to the processing of your Personal Data for Additional Purposes by Milov, please click on the link “Unsubscribe” which is embedded in the relevant email or message in order not to receive any such messages in the future. Please note that if you unsubscribe, we may still send you service-related messages, such as paid content receipts. If you wish to revoke the consent that Milov has obtained from you for the Purposes stipulated herein, please notify Milov using the contact details stated below.
We may transfer or store user data outside the country where they reside if necessary to provide our services. We will ensure that any data transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Your personal data may be transferred, accessed or disclosed to third parties for the Purposes and Additional Purposes. Further, Milov may engage other companies, service providers or individuals to perform functions on its behalf, and consequently may provide access or disclose to your Personal Data to such service providers or third parties. Subject to any laws of your home nation or Alternate Country, Milov reserves the right to impose a fee for access of your Personal Data in the amounts as permitted therein.

Users have the following rights concerning their personal data:

  • Data Access: Users can request a copy of their personal data that we store.
  • Data Correction: Users can request corrections if their data is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Data Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their data at any time, except when the data is required to meet legal obligations.
  • Processing Restriction: Users can ask us to limit the processing of their data under certain conditions.
As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow minors (18 years or younger) under your care to submit Personal Data to Milov. If such Personal Data is provided to Milov, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal Data and personally accept and agree to be bound by this Policy and be responsible for his/her actions. In some circumstances you may have provided personal data relating to other individuals (such as your spouse, family members or friends) and in such circumstances you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide their personal data to Milov and you have obtained their consent for their personal data to be processed and used in the manner set out in this Policy.
By communicating with Milov, using Milov’s services, purchasing products from Milov or by virtue of your engagement with Milov, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree and consent to the use, processing and transfer of your Personal Data by Milov as described in this Policy. Milov shall have the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Policy at any time by placing the updated Policy on all features of the Application and the Websites. By continuing to communicate with Milov, by continuing to use Milov’s services, purchasing products from Milov or by your continued engagement with Milov following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Policy, such actions shall signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments. In the event of any conflict of interpretation between the English and Indonesian versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
We may update this data storage policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with legal requirements. We will notify users via email or in-app notifications if there are significant changes.

Users of our application have the right to delete their accounts using the procedure we provide. The account deletion process can be completed by following these steps:

  1. Accessing the Account Deletion Option: Users can delete their accounts by pressing the "Delete Account" button available in the application settings.
  2. Deletion Confirmation: After pressing the "Delete Account" button, users are required to click the link we send via email. Once the link is opened, users will be directed to a page with a specific account deletion template. Users must press the "Submit" button to confirm the account deletion request.
  3. Deletion Process: After the confirmation, we will process the account deletion request within 10 business days. During this process, the user's account will be temporarily deactivated. If the user changes their mind and decides not to proceed with the account deletion, they can log back in at any time during this period to cancel the deletion process.
  4. Cancellation of Deletion: Users can cancel the account deletion within the 10-business-day period. If no further action is taken within 10 days, the deletion will be automatically completed.
  5. Data Deletion: Once the account is deleted, all data associated with that account will be removed from our system, except for data required for legal purposes or to meet our obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
  6. Security and Privacy: We are committed to maintaining the security of user data throughout the account deletion process. Each account deletion request will be verified to ensure the authenticity of the request and to prevent misuse.
